Veronica at check-in was exceptional, and the staff were accommodating. Fantastic views from our room. European travelers might find the coffee watered-down, but the breakfast managers made our stay special with great service. A minor hiccup at the bar closing early, but overall a great location with clean rooms and good amenities.

The suite was so cozy with a fully equipped kitchen. We loved the stunning views of the city from the floor-to-ceiling windows. It felt like a home away from home, especially with our furry friend along.

- Breakfast - if you like to eat well... then skip the breakfast even if you paid for it. Just don't even try, just go get yourself something to eat at the Dunkin Donats for a few bucks. There's a nice Pret Café across the street. Or a hotdog box next to the hotel. Anything better than their breakfast. . - ...dark corridors. - specific, not very pleasant smell in the lobby or elevators (probably from the breakfast kitchen).

The hotel's 261-suite contemporary, artsy vibe was refreshing. The stunning views of the city from floor-to-ceiling windows made me feel like I was in a movie. The fully equipped kitchens in the pet-friendly suites were a game-changer, allowing me to cook up a storm and feel like a master chef.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me return my forgotten shower bag. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need, from Wi-Fi to a sauna. I'm coming back this weekend.

Functional but very small room, I asked for a king size bed and they gave me a double and a single . The extractor fan in the bathroom, hardly draws any air.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and I loved the spacious balcony that provided a lovely view. During our stay in New York, we chose this hotel due to its convenient location near various attractions. The staff exceeded our expectations with exceptional service - they even provided us with an additional room free of charge to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of options to start our day off right. The rooms were comfortable, although some maintenance is needed for a fresher feel. Overall, a pleasant stay with great value for the price.

The truth is, I liked everything. From the location to the comfort to the price. It has a very good breakfast included. On the corner you have the subway and bike station. It's 3 blocks from the central park. The room has a table with a fridge and a coffee maker. For me it was the best one of all I knew so far

Excellent room with an ideal location to move around the most representative areas of NYC, few steps away is Broadway and walking a little more you have access to Times Square and Central Park. All the staff was very friendly and facilities are in good condition. view from the rooms is wonderful! Super fast check in and check out!

The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the vibrant city lights of Times Square and the serene beauty of Central Park. It was a truly awe-inspiring experience. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, markets, and landmarks. The room itself was well equipped with a kitchen, comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast could have been better, with limited options and some items running low. Additionally, there were a few maintenance issues, such as a leaking shower and broken elevators, which caused inconvenience.

The room size was quite small, with limited space to move around. the access to the hotel was difficult for guests with strollers, as the double doors were locked and the staff did not make any effort to open them.

The breakfast buffet is in a rather narrow room it's a bit complicated on some mornings with a big influence.

The amazing view from our room on the 55th floor made it hard to leave, especially for my 6-year-old. The comfortable bed, efficient free WIFI, and friendly staff added to our enjoyable stay. The prime central location was perfect for exploring NYC's attractions, with a clean room and good breakfast buffet available. A small kitchen area and helpful taxi service were also appreciated.

Room located on the 60th floor with an incredible view! By night, by day, an incredible and spectacular view. The bed is very large and comfortable. The room: very well equipped with a kitchenette corner, which we didn't use very much. Very nice and large room for breakfast. A few blocks from Central Park for an early morning jog: top!

We had a special occasion and the staff at Residence Inn made it even more memorable with a surprise in our room. The view from our top floor room was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect, walking distance to Times Square and Central Park, with easy access to the subway. The facilities were excellent and we will definitely be coming back.

The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to iconic attractions like the dazzling lights of Times Square and the serene beauty of Central Park. We enjoyed exploring Rockefeller Center and indulging in the lively atmosphere around Carnegie Hall, all within a short walk from the hotel.

My wife says that a dedicated play area for kids would be a great addition for families with children.

We booked this hotel for our wedding venue near Central Park. Our room on the 52nd floor had a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with a great double shower, and an amazing view towards Times Square. The staff, especially Abel, were extremely helpful and even ordered an Uber for us. The cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, security with card access to the elevator, and the nice kitchenette were all standout features of our stay at Residence Inn.
